Information regarding prod product description, product labels, content of individual dietary supplements etc. found on the website is guiding and is not scientifically proven. It is therefore your own responsibility. We try our best to deliver current and precise information.

In the case of typing errors, we apologize and appreciate if you let us know so we can correct those mistakes immediately. Curra me does not take responsibility for typing errors.

Product orders:

When you order through Curra me the order is binding due to terms and conditions.  Before you approve your order, you will have the opportunity to correct or delete products placed in the shopping cart as well as change the information you have given in relation to your purchase. Your order has not been sent or is binding until you press “approve purchase”.

Order confirmation:

Curra me sends an automatic order confirmation, which is an acceptance of your purchase. The order confirmation contains your purchase number, name, address, delivery address, method of payment, the specifics of the ordered products, the total price including possible delivery charges and a link with terms and conditions.

Curra me keeps a digital copy of all order confirmations but it is recommended that you print out a copy yourself, as it contains significant details about the purchase. The order confirmation can also be used if you wish to withdraw the purchase or have any objections towards the purchase.

The final agreement is made when the order confirmation is sent to you from curra me.

After receiving the order confirmation, you must contact Curra me immediately if believe it contains mistakes or other inconsistencies. Curra me will send the order immediately after purchase.

Shipment:

Normal delivery time is between 5-13 days from the purchase day. It may happen that a collective order can be delivered on different times.

The responsibility and risk are given to the customer once the product is in their possession.

Prices and payment:

The price (s) listed on www.currame.com/www.currame.simplero.com at the time of your order is valid/in force. Reservations are made regarding typing errors and sold out products.

Possible cost of delivery and the total price is listed on your order confirmation. All product prices on Curra me are valid until changed. Prices are listed in Danish Kroner (DKK) including VAT and excluding cost of delivery. You can pay with debit card (Dankort), Mastercard, PayPal and VISA.

Curra me retrieves the amount from your bank account as soon as the order is shipped. When paying through payment cards your information is SSL encrypted and Curra me does not have access to your payment details.

Sessions are held after payment is received.

Terms of payment:

Online products are delivered through direct download after payment or download from www.currame.com or www.currame.simplero.com.

Education, courses, lectures and workshops are held on the provided times. In the case of time changes the customer will be informed at least 24 hours prior. The amount for the remaining courses will be returned in the case of cancellation. If a single day is cancelled the day will be held on a new date.

You can pay in rates for a small administrative fee.

Registration is binding and if you cancel your participation within 30 days before start you will be charged an administrative fee of 15% of the course price plus VAT. The first rate of payment is always binding.

At 30 days or less before start, it is longer possible to have your money returned.

Purchase of sessions are binding. You can change the time of your appointment up to 24 hours before your appointment. After the session has ended it is not possible to have money returned. You are responsible for a stable Skype connection if the session is conducted online.

After your purchase you will recieve an e-mail from Curra me with time suggestions for your session. Once the time for the session has been set it is binding. If you do not meet up for the session, either physically or via Skype in the first 15 minutes of the session, Curra me is not obligated to hold the session. You are responsible for a stable Skype or phone connection and arriving on time.

Change of modules in the Health Mentor Education: In the case of illness and the like, you have the possibility to extend your participation and take the same module next time it is offered. It costs 500 kr. in administration fee to move modules. VAT constitutes 25% and is added to the total purchase in the shop or via billing.

Right of cancellation:

Products sold to private people follow a 14-day return policy. If you regret your purchase within 14 days, please contact info@currame.com  and you will have your money returned. Packaging as well as the product must be 100% intact in order to have money returned.

There is no right of cancellation on educations, courses, lectures, homeopathic ampoule treatment and sessions. If you choose to pay in rates you commit yourself to pay all the remaining rates.

It is possible to cancel sessions, but the cancellation must happen minimum 24 hours before the agreed appointment time received on e-mail.

All rights regarding courses, workshops, educations and digital products belong to Curra me.

According to ”Lov om visse forbrugeraftaler § 17 stk. 2 cf. § 9 stk. 2 nr. 2a”, it is stated that purchase of audio, videos, education, sessions and courses are not included in the right of cancellation.

If you for example have received your product the 10th of that month, you must have notified Curra me that you wish to cancel the purchase and returned the product no later than by the 24th of that month.

If the 14th day is a holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve’s Day or New Year’s Day, you cancel your purchase on the next day.

Personal information:

Curra me is familiar with The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which became effective on May 25, 2018.

The information you provide Curra me with reference to your purchase at www.currame.com/www.currame.simplero.com (name, address, phone number, e-mail address etc.) and further information is treated confidentially. The information is used to serve your order, for statistical analysis and as a way to contact the customer. Curra me does not collect personal information elsewhere.

Personal information is saved in a database on a secure server by Curra me, where there is no public access.  Your information is stored up to six years and as long as it is legal. According to GDPR, you have the possibility to have insight in your own personal information. You can also object against other use of your personal information.

Curra me stores your information via MailChimp.com and Simplero.com which both comply with GDPR’s regulations.

When you send us an e-mail you give us permission to store your information in our e-mail system, which is confidential to employees at Curra me. We only forward your information if you have given permission, for instance over e-mail.

We only collect and store your data for specific purposes. It happens, for instance, when we need to send out targeted news-and campaign e-mails.

It is made clear when you sign up, that you also sign up for newsletters and campaign lists via your e-mail address. It is possible to unsubscribe in the bottom of the newsletter.

Curra me works with double opt-in which ensures that only people who have subscribed receive the newsletter.

Curra me stores e-mail addresses until the reader unsubscribes. The reader can unsubscribe at any given time at the bottom of the newsletter.

Curra me collects data through Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel, which we use for marketing purposes through Facebook ads and Google Adds.

You can at any time request what personal information we have stored about you. Contact us on info@currame.com and we will send you your personal information via e-mail. You have the right to request your information corrected if they are invalid or incomplete. At any time, you have the right to have your personal information deleted, except in the following situations:

You have an unfinished case with customer service
You have an open order, which is not yet sent or is only partially sent
You have a financial conflict with us regardless of payment method
You are suspected of misusing our services within the last four years
Your debt is sold to a third party within the last three years or within a year if the customer is deceased
If you have made a purchase we keep your personal information with reference to your transaction due to bookkeeping rules.

We use Hotjar in order to better understand our users’ needs and to optimize this webpage. Hotjar is a technology service that helps us better understand our users’ experience (e.g. how much time they spend on which pages, which links they choose to click, what users do and don’t like, etc.) and this enables us to build and maintain our service with user feedback. Hotjar uses cookies and other technologies to collect data on our users’ behavior and their devices. This includes a device's IP address (processed during your session and stored in a de-identified form), device screen size, device type (unique device identifiers), browser information, geographic location (country only), and the preferred language used to display our website. Hotjar stores this information on our behalf in a pseudonymized user profile. Hotjar is contractually forbidden to sell any of the data collected on our behalf.

An update of our policy on protection on personal information may be needed. The latest version of our policy on personal information will always be available on our website. We will announce all the important changes in our policy – such as changes to how we use your personal information, who is in charge or your rights.

Credit card information is communicated via currame.com to PBS on a secure and encrypted SSL connection. The salesman has no access to your payment card information.

Cookies:

Cookies are used on currame.com with the intent of optimizing the website and its functionality in order to create a pleasant experience for you. To ease the procedure for your future purchases at currame, a cookie is used. It is a small file which is stored on your own computer. This means that you do not have to re-enter your address next time you purchase products at currame.com. You can always delete the cookie from your computer.

Marketing:

When you have disclosed your e-mail address in connection to a purchase, Curra me is allowed to contact you regarding the purchase and for marketing purposes of related products unless you have stated otherwise. Curra me can furthermore use your e-mail address for marketing purposes and services to the extent you have agreed to. You can always unsubscribe from marketing material by following the link in the received electronic marketing material. After a purchase you are offered to be a part of Curra me’s newsletter.

Customers own responsibility:

We want to make customers aware that use of products, recommendations etc. are one’s own responsibility. We always recommend that you seek guidance at your doctor.

Curra me cannot take special precautions in relation to special spam filters or dysfunctional e-mail addresses, so it is your own responsibility to secure that you receive e-mails from us.

Change of agreement:

Curra me has the right at any time to change terms of business with a 30-day warning.

Club rights:

If you subscribe you will be charged according to the subscription price. Receipt is sent via e-mail.

You can at any time unsubscribe by writing to info@currame.comeller by logging into your account and ending your subscription.  The unsubscribing is immediate, and you will no longer be charged. Invoices sent out prior to the unsubscribing must be paid.

If you wish to renew your card number, you can do so by clicking the link in the invoice.

Delivery happens within a few minutes but in some cases, it may be up to three days.

Curra me reserve the right to resign any member who does not pay their subscription on time. The resignation can happen immediately from the month not paid.

Rights:

Curra me owns all rights of digital products and all materials, printed and digital made available in relation to courses, club, sessions and education.

By purchasing you are allowed to use products and materials.
Any use is personal.
Products and materials must be treated confidentially and must not be distributed.
Products and materials must only be used for own use.
Products and materials must not be used for other purposes than what they are purchased for. They must not be used for commercial competition either direct or indirect with Curra me’s business.

Curra me’s name must not be used in commercial or referencing situations without written permission.

Curra me is entitled to 100.000 kroner pr. breach if products/materials and Curra me’s name are violated. Curra me is also entitled to stop the breach by preliminary injunction without security guarantee.

Curra me, Friederich Damore Bruun & Chloe Bjoerk reserve the right not to deliver a certificate at the end of the Health Mentor Education, if you have been absent 50% of the time, show lack of commitment, understanding and ethics towards the Health Mentor course or the people you meet in relation with the education.

Applicable law and competent court:

Differences between Curra me and the buyer must be dealt with after Danish law at Københavns byret (City courthouse in Copenhagen) at first instance.
